Traditional ecological Ligurian cuisine
In our restaurant we serve the traditional Ligurian cuisine, and we are proud to be recognized and recommended by the Michelin Guide, Gambero Rozzo and the Slow Food movement.
The ingredients of our “zero mile meals” are locally-grown entirely at our farm and our organic neighbors in the vicinity. Ecological, and economical too 😉
Our cook, Donatella likes to treat our guests with many of her specialties, including; Cuculli, Salame di Cinta Senese, Pomodorini in salsa di basilico, Tagliolini “daubelin a terranina” with a Tuccu sauce, Stracotti, Coniglio alla Liguria, Torta di Prebuggiun, and lastly, for desert, our Biscotti Torte e Castagnaccio, as well as many more culinary surprises…
To guarantee the utmost freshness in our dishes, we serve a set menu consisting of: 3 starters / first coarse / 2 main courses: 1 meat, 1 vegetable / side dish / desert.
We end the night with coffee and a selection of our delicious home-made liqueurs. And then it’s time to go to bed…
